The job

To make a good start at this company you will have a training program of three weeks that will help you to work consistently and as an expert in the technical field. After this period you will be helping customers who are contacting you with different requests though, phone call, email and you have to identify their questions. Your knowledge of the supported products need to be updated with new information and you have to be ready to use different technical support tools. Together with your colleagues you will have the responsibility to reach customer satisfaction. To fulfil this job in a good way you have to deliver services according the service level agreement that is clarified at the department. With your great listening skills you can help to get the customer loyalties to a higher level.

Dutch and English on a professional level
Work experience in phone or email contact with customers or technical department
CRM-system user and able to update new information is customers management account
You are born with the gen multi-tasking.
