We are looking for Russian speakers to join the team that supports multi-player games for mobile phones.

The job

  • Responsible for delivering support that results in a positive customer experience
  • Identify and analyze player`s needs in order to create the best resolution
  • Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately
  • Stay curious and impact the improvement of the customers support process

We ask

  • Proficiency in Russian – B2 / C1
  • Good command of English – B1 / B2
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for video gaming
  • Experience of working in a customer-centric environment is a plus
  • Ability to work on flexible schedule – Mon-Sun 6:00-15:00/15:00-00:00
