Our client is an outsourcing customer service center with an office in Sofia, Bulgaria since 2005. For a new project, starting soon, they are looking for French speakers to build the team. The customer is a company specialized in online sales of furniture, electrical appliances, decorations, body products, textile, videogames,… offering different affordable payment methods.
Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, the Customer Care Specialists will focus on genuine conversation and building a relationship with the customers. They will take customer orders and process them, handle enquiries and complaints. Communication with the customers is through e-mail, phone and social media. The Customer Care Specialists will aim for first call resolution whenever possible, using the aid of all tools available and requesting assistance when needed. Furthermore, they will support the brand by actively looking for suggestions or solutions to improve service and by showing interest in self-development, product knowledge and creating raving fans to therefore grow within the department, with the guidance of the Team Lead.
• Fluency in French (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of English (for the training)
• Highly motivated and result orientated
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a pioneering, dynamic and fast-growth environment
• Flexible and deadline driven
• Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage
